If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, has received another product in error, or has some kind of defect, they can return it within 3 days of the delivery date.
There are several conditions that the product must meet in order to return it:
- It must not be used.
- It must not have suffered any type of damage.
- The packaging must be in the same box where we sent it to you.
- Personalized products do not admit a return except for manufacturing errors.
If you want to make a change or return, write us an email at email@example.com. Our representative will contact you and will indicate the steps to follow if is applicable.
We will send you a courier to pick up the package. Once we receive it and check its content, we will either proceed to send you the new product or refund the purchase amount in the same way that payment was made and within 7 working days from receipt.
We do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products, except for manufacturing defects or prior agreement.
In case of that the jewel is not received in its original packaging, we reserve the right to discount the amount of those items that are missing: Shipping box: € 50.
From the total return amount, as long as it is not due to a defect in the piece, the shipping costs that we have incurred to send and collect the order will be deducted.
